1 Estimated annual fees including UW Student Technology fees, Services & Activities fees, U-PASS fee, Facility Renovation fee, and IMA bond fee for 2017-2018 are estimated at $1,065 annually per student and are subject to change based on Board of Regents approval. International Students are additionally charged a $45 International Student Fee per quarter.
 
2  Students who enroll in SOC WF 415 pay a $50 course fee for each quarter enrolled in practicum.
 
3 Estimated living expenses are not included here but are developed by the Office of Student Financial Aid for your reference. International students pay an additional $1,240 annual premium for required health insurance (ISHIP).

The Academic Year for EDP students begins in September and ends in August. Students take 6-9 Credits per quarter during fall, winter, spring and summer.
 
1  The MSW EDP program is a fee based program that is administered by the UW School of Social Work in partnership with UW Professional and Continuing Education. Net course fee annual estimates are based upon the credit distribution outlined in the EDP Model Program of Study. Actual net fees may vary depending on student credit distribution.
 
2  Extended Degree Program students pay a non-refundable $45 registration transaction fee each quarter.
 
3   UW Fees charged for courses on a per-credit basis through Professional and Continuing Education. Information about additional mandatory fees is available on the web at http://f2.washington.edu/fm/sfs/tuition/components.
 
4  Additional Course fees apply" SOC W 510 at $30 per course and SOC W 524/525 at $50 per quarter when placed at a practicum agency.
