Leo Egashira: IWRI research coordinator, hiker, biker and champion of Indigenous health

Leo Egashira is a man of many talents. As a research coordinator at the School’s Indigenous Wellness Research Institute, he coordinates research into health disparities among Native Americans and examines resilience-based interventions in Indigenous communities, including projects that prevent opioid overdoses and elderly falls.
