The primary objective of the Northwest Leaders in Behavioral Health Program (NLBHP) is to recruit and train a diverse cadre of outstanding social work practitioners, prepared for behavioral health prevention and clinical intervention with those at risk of developing or who have a recognized behavioral health disorder, particularly rural, medically underserved and vulnerable populations.

In your letter of recommendation, please address the student's commitment to behavioral health, leadership skills, work with diverse communities, strengths, and areas for growth.
