In his role as contract manager, Jared brings a wealth of experience that will support the Alliance efforts in sourcing, contracting, and accounting. He has bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Political Science from Seattle Pacific University and a certificate in fiscal management from the UW.

Prior to joining the UW/Alliance, he was with YMCA of Greater Seattle supervising staff in the school age before and after school programs, and then with the Y’s Social Impact Center in Transitional Housing Program. 

Megan Reibel

Megan Reibel

Megan is Forefront’s School Based Programs Manager and comes to her role with over 15 years of experience working with young people and their families as a school counselor, coach, classroom teacher, and parent educator. Deeply grounded in the world of education, Megan works as a full-time member of Forefront’s professional staff, managing, directing, developing and supporting a wide range of programing that focuses on comprehensive suicide prevention across the K-12 sector.

Emma Mallonée

Emma Mallonée

Emma Mallonée is the Training Manager for Forefront Suicide Prevention. Prior to joining Forefront, Emma worked at the Washington Poison Center conducting a statewide community needs assessment and providing community-informed recommendations for the organization’s public health strategy. She has also applied her public health skills in a wide range of settings, ranging from HIV test counseling in San Francisco to prenatal care and contraceptive education in Cochabamba, Bolivia.

Rebecca Vaux

Rebecca is the Communications Manager for Forefront Suicide Prevention. Before joining Forefront, Rebecca co-founded and led a public school advocacy group in Washington state. Rebecca is an immigrant who started her career in the public sector in the UK, before moving to Seattle where she spent many years in tech, including stints at start-ups and Amazon, where she led worldwide customer service communications and business policy management during a period of explosive growth.

Robin Blomster

Robin Blomster

Robin Blomster is a communications professional with more than 15 years of experience, including work in writing, marketing, creative project management, and conference planning. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA. She especially enjoys that every task she takes on at the Alliance is in the service of supporting an amazing mission.

As a recent Seattle transplant, Robin fills her free time exploring the area with her husband (and dog), and enjoying all of the local parks, restaurants, and music venues.

Jennifer Fricke

Jennifer Fricke

Jennifer Fricke is an educational professional with over 15 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning for higher education and healthcare. She received her MS in Educational Technology from Boise State University and was one of the first faculty members to design, develop, and teach 100% online courses at the University.
