Patricia is the Regional Education and Training Administrator for the Alliance. She has been with the organization since its inception in 2012. Patricia currently supervises a team of Focused Coaches and Facilitators that deliver coaching activities, Core and In-Service training to the Department of Children, Youth and Families workforce.

Patricia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Washington State University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Eastern Washington University as a CWTAP student. In December 2020 she received her Washington State licensure.

Patricia has been in child welfare for over 20 years and loves being a part of the evolution of the work. She is passionate about providing transformative training and coaching to the child welfare workforce and caregivers in Washington State, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills and support they need to serve families well. She also loves supervision and supporting a team of dedicated skilled practitioners.
