Jenn has dedicated more than 17 years to serving communities nationally and internationally in the nonprofit, public service and private sectors. She’s used her lived experience and direct service experience to focus on systemic change within the affordable housing, homelessness, youth empowerment and gender-based violence fields. In 2020, Jenn decided to expand her love for connecting people to the place they call 'home' by becoming a licensed Realtor and equity-based procurement and fundraising consultant.

In Nov., 2021, Jenn joined King County Regional Homelessness Authority (KCRHA) as an equity-based procurement consultant to help build KCRHA’s initial funding processes and policies. Jenn is honored to currently serve as the procurement and policy manager at KCRHA due to her entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to race and social justice, and drive to dismantle systems of oppression.

In addition to her role at KCRHA, Jenn is a Roffman Anti-Racism Research Fellow focused on developing equitable philanthropy and procurement systems. She works tirelessly to build and cultivate relationships, nurture partnerships and advocate for those most marginalized. When Jenn is not sharing her passion for housing access and justice, she serves as adjunct facility at the University of Denver and a part-time instructor at the University of Washington Schools of Social Work, and a board member for the Sexual Violence Law Center.
