Kate German is the Conference and Event Planning Specialist at the Alliance. Kate is in charge of planning and running conferences and events both remote and in person while also creating common practices for the planning process.

Kate got her BA honors degree in Acting from the University of Essex in the UK, before transitioning to producing in New York and then event planning here in Seattle. She has always been driven in her work to be able to have an impact on the community.

When not working she can usually be found either out in nature, fishing or taking advantage of the amenities of the city.
